Hi, I’m Olivia.
I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with five years of clinical experience in OB/GYN, a certified personal trainer, and a mom of three. I created Liv Carson Fit because I kept seeing the same gap — women with real symptoms getting dismissed, women with real lives being handed programs that assumed they had 90 minutes and zero responsibilities, and women blaming themselves for both.
That’s not a them problem. That’s a systems problem. And I built this platform to fix it.
My Background
My clinical work in OB/GYN gave me something most fitness coaches don’t have: a front-row seat to women’s health across the full lifespan. Hormonal shifts, perimenopause, postpartum recovery, the gap between what labs say and how women actually feel — I’ve been in those conversations daily for years. That clinical perspective is woven into everything I create here.
As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in strength training for women — specifically the kind that fits inside a real life. Thirty minutes, at home, with a pair of dumbbells and a mat. No gym membership. No childcare required. No plan that expires the first time someone gets sick.
And as a mom of three who has trained through three pregnancies and every hard season in between, I’m not speaking theoretically. I know what it’s like to try to prioritize your own health when everything else is louder.
What I Believe
I believe sustainable health is built on five pillars — movement, nutrition, mindset, recovery, and long-term women’s health — and that a plan that only addresses one of them will always hit a wall eventually.
I believe the women who stay consistent over years aren’t more motivated than you. They have better systems. And systems can be built.
I believe your symptoms are information. Your fatigue is not laziness. Your body’s signals deserve investigation, not dismissal.
And I believe that the version of you at 60 and 70 is already being shaped by the choices you make right now — and she deserves to be in the room when you make them.
